Full Face Threading

Full face threading removes unwanted hair from every area of the face — brows, upper lip, chin, cheeks, sideburns, and forehead — using the traditional cotton thread technique. At Urban Brows, this is one of our most requested services because it delivers a completely smooth, hair-free result with no chemicals, no wax, and no risk of burns or allergic reactions.

The treatment works by rolling a doubled cotton thread over the skin's surface, catching and pulling individual hairs from the follicle. Because the thread grips at the root, results last two to four weeks — significantly longer than shaving — and repeated sessions train the hair to grow back finer and sparser over time. Unlike waxing, threading does not remove a layer of skin, making it safe for clients on retinol, accutane, or those with rosacea and eczema.

Beyond brow shaping, full face threading is popular for removing the fine peach fuzz (vellus hair) that covers the cheeks and forehead. Removing this hair creates a smoother canvas for foundation and primer, and many clients notice their skincare products absorb noticeably better after a session.
